High-impact leadership demands high-level communication

I’m Grace Ditzler, a visibility strategist, media insider, and former TV reporter who’s reinvented herself more than once.

I started working in tv journalism, reporting live breaking stories and producing evening newscasts. I learned exactly what makes a message land and which stories are picked up by the media. From there, I became a city spokesperson, influencing public trust during moments of high tension, including COVID and social unrest. Later, I managed communications inside one of the busiest healthcare systems in the country.

Then life cracked open and my foundations crumbled.

Motherhood during a pandemic. Divorce. And a complete re-evaluation of what I was building and why.

My guiding belief has always been: “No one is silent, but many are left unheard. Work to change this.”

For a long time, I wasn’t using my own voice fully. I was playing safe in my marriage and my career, sidelining the parts of me that were intuitive, creative, and made for more.

Stepping back into the spotlight wasn’t just professional. It was a spiritual reclamation of what I felt I had lost. And when I created Good News Grace PR, I made a decision: I was bringing other powerhouse voices with me.
